Check for shared abdominal muscles

At the start and end of each session, we'll check for separated abdominal muscles, also known as rectus diastasis. This ensures we can tailor your program to include specific Pilates exercises that help to close any separated abdominal muscles.

Focus on safety

Your safety is our top priority. We ensure that all exercises are gentle and safe for your body post-childbirth, and we tailor the pace to your needs. We also encourage you to get the green light from your doctor before starting your workouts, so you can exercise with peace of mind.

Frog Pilates Community

In addition to the physical benefits, the Baby Mamma programme also offers a chance to meet other mothers. After the sessions, there's an opportunity to gather for a cup of coffee or tea at the studio, where you can share experiences and build a network with others who understand your journey.

To everyone looking for postnatal training, there's nothing else to say but “do it!”.

On the lookout for postnatal exercise, Frog Pilates caught my eye. The studio had just opened and was brimming with wonderful facilities and a sense of closeness. I'd never tried pilates before, but was immediately taken with Sara’s expertise and more importantly, her energetic, warm-hearted, and enjoyable personality. Postnatal pilates turned out to be the perfect way to recover after giving birth. Sara pays attention to each individual, and with small classes, every little detail is overseen ensuring the best workout experience. Dealing with daily life with a baby in my arms, I feel much stronger and more aware of how to take better care of my body. I absolutely adore my weekly sessions at Frog Pilates.
