The classic Pilates equipment

The equipment used in classic Pilates plays a crucial role in your workout. From the mat to the cadillac, reformer, wunda chair, high chair, spine corrector, small barrel, and small arm chair, each piece of equipment is designed to support and challenge your body in unique ways. The mat lays the foundation for Pilates work, teaching you to control your movements and strengthen your core. The cadillac and reformer build on these fundamentals by adding resistance through springs, helping to foster strength and flexibility. High chair and wunda chair, as well as the small barrel and spine corrector, are fantastic for enhancing balance and posture, while the small arm chair and Ped-o-Pole focus on upper body strength and stability.

Our duet sessions combine the benefits of personal training with the motivation and support that comes from exercising with a friend or partner.
