My name is Sara Giger, and I am the proud owner of Frog. Together with my wonderful husband Phillip and our two furry friends Fonzie and Ellie, I live here in Nørrebro. I have been a qualified nurse since 2008, specialising in paediatrics (children). During a retreat with a friend, I discovered classical pilates and immediately felt a difference in my own body and body awareness – something I felt was missing. Shortly after, I started the matwork training at The Pilates Standard, and my curiosity for the equipment that pilates was created for led me to their Comprehensive training, which I completed in 2018.

Since 2016, I've been teaching and using pilates to rehabilitate clients with injuries and those who wanted to change their bodies. I have personally gone through a slipped disc, hip surgery, and received a new hip (hip alloplasty), so I know that this form of exercise works.

Trust the method – it really works.

I'm incredibly excited to share my great passion for pilates with you, both in group classes and private sessions, and to show you what this training can do for you.

Warmest regards,
Sara Giger
